I have an animated short film that I would like to submit to the festival, but the only NTSC copies I have of it are in DVD or uncompressed quicktime. Does the festival make any exceptions on the screening formats or does it strictly only screen films in the formats mentioned in the regulations? Thank you for your time.

Hola, olvidé aclarar que no tengo copia mini-dv porque la animación stop-motion fue hecha con fotografías digitales.
